Section 811 Project Rental Assistance
A HUD initiative that assists extremely low-income people with disabilities to live independently in the community by providing rental subsidies linked with voluntary supportive serves. Operated by Housing New Mexico in collaboration with New Mexico Human Services Departments's Behavioral Health Services Division, program subsidies are project-based and remain with the housing unit at turnover.
